Still Picture Viewer

An optical device in which the image in a single picture is observed through a magnifying lens or through projection upon an integral screen by transmitted of reflected light for transparent or opaque pictures respectively. It is not normally used for audience entertainment and/or instruction. See also projector, still picture.
