Turnbuckle Body

A metal loop, sleeve or solid item having both ends threaded or one end threaded and the other end designed to accommodate a swivel. Items with both ends threaded shall have right hand screw threads on one and left hand screw threads on the other. It is a component of turnbuckle. See also tie rod, tensioning, threaded end.
