Aircraft Towing- Wheeled Tractor

A heavy duty, pneumatic tired powered vehicle, designed for towing and providing one or more facilities, such as air conditioning, electric power, hydraulic power, and/or pneumatic power for aircraft on the ground when the aircraft engines are not operating. The power servicing equipment may be power take-off driven or driven by auxiliary engines. Excludes tractor, wheeled, aircraft towing.
