Vascular Access Kit Port

A collection of items designed for use through the port to be implanted under the skin for administering vascular access drugs, and for the infusion of medication to a patient. May include q-port vascular access system, 22 gauge non-coring needle, implant record, instruction/patient manuals, and the like. Excludes introducer kit, vascular; introducer set, catheter, percutaneous; intravenous infusion set, chemotherapy; and intravenous infusion system.
