Liquid Transfer Loading Standard

An item consisting of a riser pipe and crossarm equipped with the necessary valves to control the flow of liquids, and with fittings to permit movement of the crossarm and/or extension to allow tank trucks and/or tank cars to be maneuvered into a loading position. It may or may not be permanently installed.
