A scroll shaped item which is a component part of a cooling turbine. It acts as a housing for the turbine wheel and/or impeller wheel. Assists in creating and/or maintaining pressure buildup. Contains inlet and outlet and is of one piece construction. It may include a nozzle ring, a baffle and the like. Excludes housing, supercharger.
