The unit provides a semi-automatic tactical intelligence message handling subsystem with embedded computer and integral communications. It provides communication interfaces, message concentration, and relay of the intelligence messages for tactical elements. The subsystem communicates, processes messages and provides capabilities for automatic message routing. The subsystem also allows operator analysis and routing of messages.
