Service Sink

A sink having one compartment, the depth of which exceeds 9 inches (228.6 millimeters). It is not equipped with integral drainboar (s), but must have a drain opening exceeding 2 inches (50.8 millimeters) in diameter. It is designed to receive and provide means of disposal for waste liquids and semisolids, the rinsing of mops and other janitorial requirements in public buildings, hospitals, and large establishments. It may be designed to be either wholly or partially supported by a trap standard.
