Spring Loaded Cylinder Fastener

A positive locking device consisting of a spring loaded cylinder and plunger. One end has a handle with an eye, hook, bar, or the like, for fastening to the item to be retained. The opposite end usually has a plate, bracket, stud, hook, or the like, for fastening to a structure. It may be furnished with a catch.
