A laminated, opaque or transparent plastic item having black or nonphotographic blue grid lines. It may have black or nonphotographic blue numerals along the vertical and horizontal margins. It is used as a base for pressure sensitive tapes to make statistical charts, flow charts, or factory and organizational layouts for presentation or economical reproduction by photocopy or offset processes.
