Valve Actuator Guard

A rigid item which partially surrounds a handwheel, knob, lever, handle, or the like to protect and to prevent accidental operation of a valve (as modified). It also protects personnel from injury due to contact with a protruding actuato (s) . Excludes guard, mechanical drive; guard, switch; and guard, valve strip.
