Shipboard Ammunition Elevator

An elevating mechanism specifically designed for the conveyance of bombs, torpedoes, and other missiles between the various decks or platforms of a vessel. Consists of a special platform (usually with guide tracks to accommodate and lock in position the missile on a truck), complete drive assembly, controls, guides, special protective doors. Excludes elevator, freight.
