An item that is the integration of the defense message system suites of hardware and software into a mobile, tactical application to support the deployed warfighter with individual and organizational classified and unclassified messaging. it will function as a downsized local control center to provide end-to-end connectivity with niprnet, siprnet, tac-sat, full and fractional t1, isdn and the tactical packet network. it is fielded to eschelons above corps, corporation and division level and separate brigades and to batallions.
