A computer system that provides integrated, automated planning control capabilities for the managing of communications systems in support of military operations. capabilities include network planning, monitoring information exchange, network site selection, link connectivity engineering, path reliablity and frequency/rf spectrum management. this system may or may not consist of a shelter server and tent workstations.
