Fuel Oil Burning Heating Torch

A portable, general purpose item designed for heating and/or thawing in maintenance or repair work. It consists of hose assembl (s), burner(s), and an integral or separate fuel tank. It may be either wheel mounted or equipped with carrying handles or straps. Excludes blowtorch (as modified) ; burner, weed, cart mounted; and burner, weed, manually carried.
