Joint Cleaning-refacing Machine

A wheel mounted, non riding, manually operated, power driven device designed to clean and reface pavement joints or cracks prior to resealing, by means of a vacuum mechanism or cleaning brus (es) and cutting disk(s). In addition, it may be equipped to reface pavement surfaces to provide a bonding surface for retopping material(s) . It may also level pavement humps and erase traffic lines. Excludes joint cleaning machine, pavement.
