Engine Power Takeoff

A mechanical device designed to be secured to an internal combustion engine and used to transmit the rotary motion of the crankshaft to auxiliary equipment, such as generators, cranes, pumps, compressors, mixers, and the like. Includes a power output shaft and a clutch which may be controlled by a hand lever or a hydraulic or air cylinder. May include pulle (s) , flange, yoke or reduction gear unit. Excludes vehicular clutches and power takeoff, transmission.
