Transmission Line Grounding Set

An item consisting of two or more clamp type devices with facilities for the connection of jumpers and/or grounding cables. When installed this item provides for the temporary grounding of de-energized electrical transmission lin (s) to protect workmen against injury resulting from accidental re-energization of the lines. Excludes clamp, electrical.
